Weight Loss and Training?
I am 20 years old this year, enlisted in the Royal Singapore Air Force, and used to weigh 120kg and stand at 1.78m tall. I have since lost approximately 20kg in 50 days, following strict instructions of a ‘under 700-calorie’ diet, which consist of Milo in the morning and evenings, a granola snack bar in between the afternoon, and roughly 3 hot dogs w/o bread for dinner or equivalent.
I am under the prescription of Panbesy – a clinical diagnosed drug suppressant. Its been working well, but my weight remained stagnant for the past couple of days despite my 2500-calorie daily deficit. I can only commit myself to activities in the night, such as golf training 1-2 times weekly, and elliptical trainers 3 times a week, 30mins each time – gradually working on HIIT.
I have just recently undergone spinal fusion surgery and liposuction, and it is tough for me to keep up intense workout. I just need to lose 10kg within 2 months. Am i doing enough right now, or do I need to work harder? Thanks!
i think is more than enough.. basically don’t push it to0 hard if not you going to regret it for your life.. i can’t believe you go different kind of surgery man.. wicked.. okay here a thing that i think will work for you.. go for a run before that have a handful of almond or two toasted bread(no filling).. came back eat your normal breakfast, eat more green everyday, sit up more often that the best work out fats ever, it will build your abs.. and have cup of hot green tea at least one day 3 times, because basically it can reduce the fats in the body it can throw away all the toxic , and don’t skip dinner or lunch cause if you skip, you doing nothing to your body man.. you destroying it.. and if you think to have the hotdog i recommend to boil it and the bread toasted.. and don’t push to0 hard, one life wrong move you suffer..wish you the best….
